Wich emulator for CPS3 ?

I saw in the last version of MA (2.10 beta , it's possible to play with Capcom Play System 3.
But, wich emulator can i use ? and is it possible to play with the CPS1 & CPS2's roms under the CPS3's system ?

Mame runs CPS3 perfectly?

Nebula's CPS3 emulator is good too, but why bother it only runs the CPS3 games, obviously. If you want one emulator to run CPS1/2/3 use mame.

Yes,but in MA's configuration, if i choose "Capcon System 3" and configure Mame with CPS2's roms, i've got an error :
"The following emulators have invalid media locations :
Capcon Play System 3
The items list above will not be available until the executable and media locations are fixed.Would you like to fix the settings".

I think my cps2's roms are out but if i start them with mame, they're ok.

How can i do to play with cps1 & 2 with mame ?

Hi,

Sorry you are right, I've just tried it myself. Obviously Capcom System 3 in MA isn't configured to work with mame.

You could try using the slot for a different emu.

For example I run 2 versions of Mame, one for Neo Geo games and the other for everything else. I use the mame slot for 1 and the SNK Neo Geo slot for the other. This works perfectly, so if your not using the SNK Neo Geo slot simply configure it to run mame and your CPS games. You can then go into the theme editor and change the emu image to the one for CPS3.

I use neo geo slot for...neo geo roms !
and i'm looking for use cps (1-2-3) roms with the capcom slot

i keep the mame slot for the others aracde games...

if i update the cps3.dat with cps1 and 2 roms, is the right way to have differents emulators configured ?

but if cps3 slot isn't configure with mame, wich emulator can i use ? only nebula ?
