List of the Mame games filtered when using the child filter?

The filtering of the Mame rom list is exactly what I'm looking for but I wanted to get a few additional details. Is there a list of the games filtered anywhere? Some examples of the most "adult" game not filtered? Is it based on blood, sex, nudity, etc?

I think it's a great feature and great for those of us that don't want to manually traverse 7000 games to see which ones are inappropriate. Any additional information would be great!

I'm not quite sure which are filtered offhand, but you can try checking the Maws MAME database. It's searchable.

Thanks for the reply. Somehow I came across the page you linked to earlier when I was trying to find anyone that had actually rated the games by either an ESRB type of thing or a G/PG/PG-13/R/NC17 movie style rating system but didn't have any luck. MAWS does rate games but it's a 1-100% thing geared more towards how much people like a particular title.

I was pondering your problem for a while and I think I have it. You can use Rom Lister to create an "Adults only" list. Then you can look to see what it chose.
